How do you install the Chrome extension?

Did you know... CalendarHero now has a NEW web-based scheduler. If you want to schedule meetings from the web we now advise users use the super fast web scheduler. To schedule a meeting using our new web interface visit your New Task page and click the "Schedule a Meeting" tab or go directly here.

The CalendarHero (formerly "") Chrome Extension allows you to quickly access your automated assistant and off-load tasks such as meeting scheduling - all without ever leaving your browser.

Chrome Store: Extension Install

You can add the CalendarHero Chrome Extension from the Chrome Store. From the Store directory, you're able to click the “Add to Chrome” and can quickly install the extension. Or you can click here.

Once the Chrome Extension is installed you will see the default authentication screen.

  1. Click on “Authenticate”;
  2. Allow Email Access;
  3. Account Login: The Account login pop-up opens in a new tab/window and you'll be prompted to log in to Google Auth.

All done: That’s it! You're authenticated and can use the CalendarHero Chrome Extension.

Please note that the CalendarHero Chrome extension can only be used with the desktop Chrome browser.
